Wishing Well Empty Wishing Well

Post by Arby Thu Nov 20, 2008 12:56 pm

Hello Ladies I thought having a wishing well on here might be a good idea. I have asked our lovely head lady!! And she said yes go for it!!
So most here will know how a Wishing Well runs. But for those who don't I have "borrowed" the rules from another website and just cut and pasted them. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Now there has to be a first wish maker. and I suggest that our lovely head lady Tina gets first dibs!! I will PM her and let her know!! So please look out for her wish and see if we can get this going! I know I have loved doing the wishing well and it is so nice to be able to help out our friends!

RULES:

1. Please make sure that you have ALL of the items that you say that you can help with before granting the wish.

2. When you are making a wish , please post atleast 4 items that you are in need of. The more you can post, the better. That way you have more chance of your wish being granted. If you are requesting a certain BRAND or COLOUR, please let us know other wise we will just presume that brands are not a concern.

3. There is no limit to the amount of wishes you can make or grant as long as you grant a wish before making one.

4. The Wish Granter should PM the wish maker immediately after granting the wish to get your address. If they dont, please post a note on this thread as soon as possible. This way you dont miss out on your wish and others are not granting that persons wish until they follow through on the previous wish from you.

5. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ITEMS ARE POSTAL WITHIN ONE WEEK OF GRANTING A WISH!

6. If you have not received your wish at the end of the second week, please drop a pm to your wish granter. Sometimes life gets in the way and the simplest things can be forgotten accidentally.
If you need further help, please PM me with the item(s) owed, date the wish was granted, and who was supposed to send.

7. Please play fair. Dont seek to make a wish if you have no intention of granting any.

hummm gee..... thanks arby.. i am humbled by this...
my first wish is for everyone on this site to have a very happy christmas with those you love, just a special time of being together and appreciating another year together..
and as for my wish.. arby... all i can think of is that if you made me a flower i will put it on a layout and put hidden journalling under it saying this was made by a special lady from cd doodles, arby!!
thank you arby...i appreciate the wish very much..my scrap stash is overflowing, so just a flower made by your very talented hands would be a unique gift to me, and i will love that!! thank you!!
(hope this is ok.....)

Well I really should not grant your wish or I will have to give it away again!!.... But what I will do is make you some flowers and then if somone else wants to make some for you then they get the next wish.
Is that OK with you??
And are you really sure that there is nothing else you want?? Most of the time the wishes come from our own stash so we don't buy anything.
PM me your Addy and if there is someone else that can make Lizzy some flowers too. Then let us know!!

OK what happens is you make a wish and whoever grants it they make a wish. And then whoever grants that wish makes a wish.
So if you send me your Addy I will put your wish in the mail coz I gotta send Tina hers. So flowers it is then.!!!!

Heya PAF... and Lizzy thanks for the offer but I think my silly attempt at this was always doomed to fail... Until we get the Forum up and running (if it does) then we will just let this die a little dismal death!!
